On the 10th November I ordered a freestanding mirror. I ordered it as an engagement present for a party I was attending on November 30th. On my order it stated that I should expect delivery by 18th November, plenty of time before the party. I had an email from XDP saying it was in their warehouse & awaiting delivery.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY!
WHY AM I STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY? WHERE IS MY ODER?
I am disgusted with the way The Range run their online ordering system.
The number they give for XDP doesn't work.
I've tried emailing them, they don't respond.
I've tried calling the Range Customer "Care" number, no one picks up.
I've tried emailing them, I've had one response from Mike, whom I have since sent a further 3 emails to & have not heard back.
I have tried calling the head office to be told there is no one there who can help me. There are no customer complaints managers to speak with.
This whole experience has been farcical, I have never experienced anything like it. NEVER AGAIN
