Terrible Service, I ordered items last Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery to receive on Fri 29th Nov. Parcel did not arrive until Monday 2nd Dec. The parcel was battered and the items broken/smashed. I refused to accept. Customer Care phone line is a joke, constantly gives same message & I have held on for 15 mins on 3 occasions but still cannot get through. I want a full refund including postage!! I will never use these again.
