DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE RANGE
I ordered a tree and decorations on Monday 2nd Dec and paid for nominated delivery for it to be delivered on Wednesday the 4th as I was working from home and son was in nursery,
NOTHING. Order was still showing a processing on their website! No one answers phones lines or social media channels.
Received an email from DHL to say it was being delivered Thursday 5th. Waited in with my son all day, he was so excited...DELAYED because The Range hasn’t processed the order for DHL to pick up.
Received an email today to say it was due to be delivered between a certain time....NOTHING!
I paid for nominated delivery as I (like most people) can’t be waiting around all day for something not to be delivered. Can’t even get in contact with anyone too see what’s going on, get a refund etc.
