Due to inadequate description of product on the website I inadvertently ordered the wrong size of photo frame.
To return it you have to telephone customer services (spent 15 minutes on hold) who tell you to send a photo of the product via email then wait two hours and telephone again.
I have now been on hold for more than 30 minutes and still waiting.
What an extremely poor level of service, never encountered by any other online retailer before.
I will NEVER EVER use their online service again, especially when there are far better online companies available.
