I understand that the way everything is at the moment that their are difficulties and orders will be slightly longer than expected but having ordered items from various other online stores, received them but still waiting for The Range order that was placed long before them. Its now past the delivery date I was given. The website is not good to navigate, having tried to contact them, I was told to call back later and when trying to cancel my order there is no way of doing that. I'm no the first to have ordered something from yourselves online and not received the items. Really disappointed in your online ordering system.
