Reading reviews seems like we are all experiencing the same problem
I also ordered on the 26th March I received order confirmation email and money has been cleared in my account but no sign of order due 2nd April. No email updates. Today I have tried email customer service but no email address for them website no help at all, I've rang twice and been on hold for 20 mins both times. Things I appreciate are difficult at the moment but these were gifts for 11th April and I'm starting to be concerned now.
