I placed my order on the 2nd April and it should have been delivered by the 13th April. It is now the 28th April and I still have not received my order! Have tried to contact them on the customer care number and have been on hold for 1hr. When it then gets to an hour of being on hold it just cuts me off. I have been trying for days now and still can’t get through.
