Customer service is terrible in the Preston store. Following the Covid-19 outbreak I was laughed at for buying stationary and toys for my 3 year old son. Although out of the 64,000 lines they boast they are still open for...dog food and...bleach and any lines to do with home schooling you are not encouraged to buy? Today I went for the same and was spoken to by the store Manager like a child in front of my 3 year old son again because they use...gaffer tape shaped as....arrows on the floor with no clear...Clockwise sign outside therefore I couldn't see pushing the pram inside amd the store Manager used the usual customer service barriers sounding like every word she was saying she was....singing the anti-clockwise clown.
