Ordered a product on the 9th of April. Get a text on the 22nd Of April saying that my parcel would be delivered on Friday the 17th of April.. what? I still have not received the parcel and we are now almost a whole month after placing the order. The tracking has not updated since dispatch so my order has clearly been lost in the post. I’ve tried emails that bounce back, I’ve tried social media outlets that don’t get any attention. I’ve tried calling time and time again over the weeks only to be placed on hold or get cut off. I literally just called again this morning bang on 8.30 as soon as they open and I get cut off.. absolutely awful company! I understand it is strange times and delivery times can be delayed, that’s fine. BUT WHERES THE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM?! I am honestly so stressed because of this. A £60 order and they couldn’t care less. How are you supposed to contact a company if you haven’t received what you’ve paid for or you have a damaged item? Absolutely appalling! I wouldn’t even give you a single star if it was an option. You’d hope someone would see these reviews and think to do something! Disgusting. Honestly, stay away from this company!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER COS YOU WONT BLOODY GET IT!
