Placed order and payment taken. Received email to say order would be received on 5th May (16 days after ordering) Tracking never updated just stated “processing” Recieved an email on 4th May to say my order would be delayed, but not to worry as the items were allocated to me. Next day another email to say one item was out of stock. No mention of delivery date. I decided to phone them as it also said I wouldn’t be charged for them, but payment was already taken? 30mins waiting to get through only to be told FOUR out of the Five items I ordered were out of stock!?! So much for them being allocated to me. I asked for the order to be cancelled. Now the wait for a refund. Luckily I pay by PayPal if possible, so can go through them if The Range don’t give me my money back.
