Horrible customer service. At the moment they have this queue system in place with poles and tape around, no one was standing in line to go in and there were 2/3 groups of people who had lifted the tape and gone under past the poles. We decided to just do the same as it didn't seem any point of walking all the way around when people are just walking under anways as there's no one else waiting. As we get to the door the person working at the door looked at us and made a snide remark about jumping the queue. He didn't say it to the 2/3 other groups who had done exactly the same as us a second before. Ethnic minorities are treated horribly by staff. On my way out of the store I saw another group had done the exact same thing we did, the person working at the door did not say a word to them. Lucky they weren't minorities.
The girl at the till wasn't very welcoming either and it felt like she was chucking our items to us, almost as if she didn't want to be there and didn't want to serve us. Absolute horrible customer service. They're a disgrace.
