Ordered a garden Chimnea on the 5th of may. £120 taken from my account and was estimated delivery of the 19th of may. The delivery date came and went. No contact from the range, tried phoning and was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Checked my range account, says processing. Spoke to the live chat people on the 26th and asked what was going on. The person on the other end told me, that my order was still at there supplier and they couldn’t get hold of them so there was nothing they could do. The 27th I get a text from a panther saying they’ll drop my order off between 11 and 1 on the 28th. I received a text in the 28th saying my order was next, should be there at 7am, this was 8am. Then another text saying they couldn’t deliver my order as they hadn’t received it. Went back to the live chat and told the guy to cancel my order and I want a full refund. He said that’s fine. Asked how long it would take, told me 14 days. Checked my account this morning and it’s still processing. Absolute bunch of con artists, anyone else that had done this would have the police at there door for fraud. I’ve contacted trading standards as instructed by the citizens advice. Will never spend a penny in this shop again.
