Ordered chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables, both expected delivery on a Thursday. Thursday came and I heard nothing, tried ringing the customer service line (which is a joke since it seems no one wants to answer), but then saw a bit on their website to say give an extra 7 days for delays then contact, so thought ok. Next morning received email saying part of my order was dispatched and would be delivered within next 7 days (no specific date, just a 7 day window to wait)- but 2 hours later it was there! 7 days after the original delivery date I had still no sign of the second part of my order, so tried calling again and have up waiting being on hold with no wait time or return call option, so went to the store to see if they could help, they can't! They can't deal with any online orders (fair enough) and the only number they have (apparently) is the same I had tried, although they gave me an email address to contact them. Once home I emailed, this was over a week ago and still no reply!!! 11 days after the original delivery date, the second half of my order arrived without any notification or anything (luckily it was just before I left for work) and guess what? It was faulty - it was a 6 drawer black chest of drawers and the parts damaged were both sides, the top, 3 legs and 3 drawers (pretty much all the parts visible). Once again I had to try calling and this time I clicked the damaged option on the call, I had to send pictures of the damaged parts to the email they read out and call back 2 hours later. Surprise surprise the email address kept bouncing back as invalid so would not send!! Eventually found a live chat link where I could talk to someone (after about 20 minute wait) and the outcome is they don't do full exchanges (since the main bulk of the unit is faulty) only parts direct from the supplier or a colleƧtion and refund!! Have to say on the whole I will never buy furniture again from here because the service or massive lack of, is atrocious!! I don't think I would be as annoyed if they were to actually communicate with customers, instead of having the attitude of now we've got your money we couldn't care less what happens next and were going to make sure as hell they can't reach anyone who can help them either!! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD MARK IT AS THAT!
