Awful experience
I bought a chest of drawers for £200 on the 27th May, and only half a chest of drawers were delivered last week. It states online it has been ‘delivered’ but half the item is missing. I just have planks of wood scattered on my bedroom floor waiting to be built.
Since last Friday I have spent around 4.5 hours on hold! I’ve not managed to resolve the issues - I have also emailed 5 times.
Can someone PLEASE get back to me today
