Only one of two chairs delivered 4 weeks ago, told the other would follow ‘within a couple of days‘. 3 weeks later still waiting. I didn’t even like the chair so wanted to return and cancel the remaining item. Spend over 40 minutes trying to contact Customer Services on the phone before giving up. Went to the store to get a refund on the chair and to cancel the remaining item. They said they couldn’t because the order was incomplete and suggested contacting Customer Services. That’s a joke, and they confirmed customers were having difficulty doing so. A few days ago saw a chat feature. Lengthy chat explaining my issue and questioning The Range’s lack of pro activity given my order now 4 weeks outstanding. Was told they don’t track orders like this, that the customer must contact Customer Service to follow up. I won’t repeat what I said about their so-called customer services! I was told they would contact the supplier about my remaining chair and, if I hadn’t heard back within 24 hours, to call back. What! Me call them back? Yes, I heard right. They don’t follow up. Again, it’s customer responsibility. So here I am - again - unable to contact Customer Services on the phone, and, mysteriously, the chat option is no longer available. What a total shambles. The Range is an absolute disgrace.
