Don't care about customers Customer service from The Range is a joke. I ordered 3 bits of furniture on 2 separate orders, the first on the 9th June. On the 12th June you email me to tell me that my first order has been dispatched. Today I receive the 2nd order, which I placed on 15th June. I have still no contact regarding my first order. You have abdicated this to your delivery partner and to be frank, that's not good enough. Also, you have no means of customer contact, other than an AI bot chat - which isn't working. Which in itself is hilarious - you're company is such a joke, your "customer service" AI bot has given up. You blatantly don't care about customers, making it as hard as possible to ask simple questions such is "Where is my order?".
