I received my order very promptly. Unfortunately I needed to return 2 items as they were unsuitable. When you try to call the customer services team to arrange this, the automated message sends you back to the website. I received an email telling me to call again and the same thing happened. I just wanted to speak to a human being to organise a return! Absolutely shocking customer service. I usually buy things in store but because I’m scared to go shopping now I ordered online. However I will have to go to the store to return the u required items. As a result of this fiasco I won’t be shopping there ever again!
