I am on the phone for the second time chasing my order, both time I have been on hold for over an hour. Bird bath should have arrived on 2nd of June. Had another delivery slot booked, had time off work and was contacted to say they couldn't find my item, and would be in touch with another delivery date. This was 2 weeks ago. So once again I'm back on the phone so far it's been 1hour 17 minutes. Ridiculous!
