Only one word to describe this company and that’s https://www.facebook.com/multitraderservices/” Ordered three bar stools online on the 15th June and received two lots of emails and text messages with delivery dates. Stayed in all day first time and no delivery. Then Told they are being delivered this morning but then receive a text, they can’t find them in the warehouse. Can’t reach them on the phone and over 200 people waiting on the “online chat” will never buy anything from this company again. Their online service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I sit here today no further on and no information from them whatsoever? So your just going to keep my money and hope I’ll go away? Waste of my time.

Went on your online chat as advised below, 8 times and waited over 2 hours each time only to be cut off. What an absolute disgrace to treat your customers in this way. My biggest mistake was not reading your reviews before placing the order - Lesson learned
