Ordered and paid for item on line and had confirmed delivery date scheduled for 11th June. Nothing arrived but told to wait 7 days via their voice mail message system. After that impossible to get through on telephone. Eventually got through on their online chat system (twice) and on both occasions told I would get delivery update within 48hours but didn’t. Contacted them again to cancel the order and get money refunded but told they have to get hold of their supplier first to verify non delivery and this would take 3-5 days. I said that on two previous occasions didn’t get a reply and said why should I wait for them to get hold of their supplier- my contract of purchase is with the Range. They said this was their procedure. Anyway after 7 days still didn’t get any response and so raised a formal complaint via their order escalations department and guess what, after 7 days still haven’t even received an acknowledgement. Appalling customer service. My advice DO NOT USE this company.
