Ordered a outside storage unit on line,contacted by Xpd courier to say my order would be with me soon and I could track it on line ( you can only track it to an unknown depot)I had been given 6.7.20 for delivery by the range,never turned up tried to contact courier (you cant)you have to contact supplier,tried to contact the range twice,waited over 1 hour both times,an auto voice said that you have to wait 7 days before they will look into it,waited 7 days got on line to chat,they said I had now to wait another 3 days for them to investigate and they would get back to me, (they never did)got back on line Lydia said it was lost,tried to get me a replacement but none in stock,said I could get a refund and as a good will gesture she would also refund me the 9.95 delivery cost as well,what a cheek as i paid that not the range,also i said what about some compensation,she said no,i said i wanted to make a complaint,she said it was only her that I could deal with (rubbish) i demanded that she pass my complaint to management,she said that she cant as it can only go as far as her (so it looks like staff are quite happy to lie as well)was also told it could take 3-5 working days to get a refund.The range is not a good company to deal with,thecourier the range use (Xpd)are one of the worst as per trust pilot,I think the range should change courier ASAP.
