Absolutely appalling customer service.
Had a sofa delivered that has a hole in it. Was told it would be collected within 3 to 5 days. That didn't happen so hen I was told 5 to 7 days. Still didn't happen so was then told 10 days. Still waiting weeks later. Stuart on the customer service line was rude and unhelpful and Emma at head office was even worse. Would never use these cowboys again. Hopefully people will read these reviews and stop shopping there because this joke of a company needs a wake up call.
