I purchased shoes thinking I could try them & send them back. Nope. Their return policy does NOT include a wrong fit. They advertised through a totally different site on FB or instagram & I did not know it was them until after I had completed my order. BIG MISTAKE! Their response to me when I explained the shoes do not fit me correctly -- "We accept the return of products that were shipped out by us if the item is damaged, defective, or in the wrong specification, and if there is a case of missing parts of the order. " Since when is it acceptable to NOT be able to return an item? This is poor customer service!
