The product was not as advertised. The bird feeder with 5 lb of seed capacity can't accommodate 1 lb. It arrived damaged weeks later in a plastic bag from China. It looks like the cheap junk sold on TEMU only with a huge uncharge.
The company doesn't respond to their email. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
