Starter kit too large for post box, but following deliveries good. All tools good quality except clips which are useless. Application brush bit annoying d/t hook on end, so difficult to use for sectioning; hook for frosting cap? Can't use prepping oil d/t severe reaction. Recommended processing time too long for my hair; damaging. But, even halving the time is covering white hair; so good. Overall, decent and convenient to have regular deliveries.
