This is super easy to mix and apply. My greys are very tenacious, and they do show through quickly. I have dark brown hair, and my grey is super shiny silver (looks like a christmas tree shed on me). A previous hairdresser put a red tint in my hair and it has been impossible to get out. So I got the Ash shade 5.1. It's lovely, and some of the warm colour still shows through. It's not a matte colour and looks very natural. I experienced zero itching or burning (prone to it). Very impressed. I only needed one application for my hair. I put it through all of my hair as I wanted the colour to blend. This picture was taken two weeks after colouring, and it's still beautiful. Doesn't fade, and is very shiny and healthy. And it smells nice! I also got the application kit - it's very useful. If I could make a couple of suggestions on that - the clips are not very strong and my hair kept falling out of them, and the brush could be a bit wider. very glad I found this product and have been recommending it to all my friends!
