I purchased this product as they don't contain a lot of the chemicals that other brands do. Made in Italy (sounds nice!) and the range of colours is great. I love that I can customise my colour. Having the colourist on hand to answer questions is so reassuring and handy. I love that I can alter my order at any time! There's nothing to not love about The Shade! My hair feels beautiful after I'm done and lasts for weeks! Thanks for making home colouring so easy!!!!
