Since using The Shade I no longer suffer from scalp issues such as rashes, burning or itchy scalp. At my age, 70, I need to colour the roots frequently which wasn't possible with other products due to my scalp sensitivity. I love the colour, dark ash, and find it soft and flattering and a good transition from the darker shades I used to use.
