I'm very happy with The Shade. I've received great service from the get-go and I'm also pleased with the product. I wanted to use a hair colour that was not only kind to my hair and scalp, but was free of ammonia and other nasties. It's also cost effective, as because I have short hair, I only need to use half of the product each month or so.
