The Shade is my on personal salon in a bag. I love this product and it's not only saving me cash at the hairdresser but my hair feels great. I have gone from a platinum blonde to chocolate blonde which has tones of gold and red through it. My first time colouring, I missed a section at the back of my hair but I contacted customer service and they sent me another pack promptly. I love my new colour and I am excited that I will receive another colour pack regularly to maintain this colour. I'm getting lots of compliments about my hair colour and it is far less damaging than maintaining the blonde I had not to mention far cheaper! Yay for The Shade and Yay for me!
