Colour is pretty but not quite what I wanted, so I chatted with someone who sent me a replacement colour free and helped with colour selection. Very happy with the new colour and the advice I was given. I was covering balayage colour and was worried about that, but it blended and balanced beautifully in the end (like she said it would!).
