The starter pack is extremely professional and easy to use. Comes with absolutely everything you need and all the support required online. I was able to ask a Colourist directly about my hair colour for advice before purchase. I cannot believe how amazing the colour is and the feel of my hair- the conditioner smells amazing and made my hair feel like silk. When I have gone to the hairdresser in the past, I have found that my hair almost comes out black instread of a rich dark brown and it takes quite a bit of washing to get a desired result or more 'colour' through. The colour from the Shade is great right from my first wash. It's a shiny, healthy and vibrant colour. Some feedback for further improvement: I do have long hair and found it difficult to do the back of my hair myself (thanks mum for the help!) It would be great to see some tips or what I could do in order to do it without assistance so I don't have to rely on anyone. Also if the cape was longer I probably wouldn't have got hair dye on my arms. I'm extremely satisfied and can't thank the Shade enough. I actually cannot see myself going back to a normal hairdresser anymore apart from haircuts especially considering the harsh chemicals in some professional hair dyes.
