I was really unsure about the free trial, knowing I had to subscribe to get the product but customer service was friendly and helpful so I decided to try The Shade in Sorrento. My hairdresser colours my roots every 5-6 weeks and I decided to give this at home colour treatment a go during covid19 restrictions. I was pleasantly surprised with the kit, the cape is particularly awesome, and instructions for the pre-softening for grey coverage as well as applying the colour was very easy (clear and concise). I read one woman’s review where her hair was very matted after the shampoo, I had the same result but the conditioner relaxed that situation very quickly. My hair is so soft and the colour is perfect!
