My Fiancée purchased a vehicle from here in April.
The car she wanted they had only one left of.
There was a missing headrest in the rear of the vehicle which we hadn’t picked up on but were pointed out literally as she was about to drive it away.
The Manager verbally agreed with us that they would order a replacement headrest and be in contact with us as soon as it arrived. We did get through to someone who said the replacement was ‘on order’.
Well that was in April and it’s now July 1st.
They have ignored calls, messages left and emails and I have had to return to the show room to complain to whoever was in charge as there was no aftermarket sales team on site.
It’s not that we’re bothered by something as small as a headrest, It’s the fact that a verbal agreement was made pre-sale and then after that we’ve spent months trying to contact them and they have lied about status updates on our enquiry.
I’d tend to avoid anyone who does not look after their customers and stick to verbal agreements prior to sales.
-Avoid if possible.
