Took out insurance. Had a bereavement. Sent documents to prove. They told me that they would pay me with in 5-7 days. It’s been 3 months and no refund. I have called the Trainline. They told me refunds through a third party because of the insurance.
I have been given a number that don’t work and an email no one replies to.
Worst company ever. I WILL NEVER use them again . Move over Tinder swindler. The new Netflix program should be on the Trainline SCAMMMERS!
