Accidentally bought ticket for day later and used it. It didnt let me throught gate and also said i wouldnt be able to use it on correct day and because it got scanned i cant get refund. Customer service bought another ticket for me to be able to refund the wrong ticket but bought it in another currency and now have to pay foreign fee and refund is still nowhere to be found
