It's being more than A MONTH without any answers from them. I told my situation, I explained everything. I paid TWICE for a ticket without any reasonable reason and now I'm still waiting from them to solve it - I want my refund!
I was a very often customer, now I will never buy tickets with them again (I work traveling, I travel a lot) and I won't recommend it for ANY of you, my friends and colleagues. They just disappeared, they don't care about their customers. It's a shame!!!
