Ordered a brush for my wife in November and it was never sent. Reached out a week before Christmas and they said due to Christmas, they were behind BUT it would be shipped soon. It is now February, and still not brush. I emailed again to threaten to report as fraud to my bank, but then I got a response it was sent and received? Pulled the tracking, and once again it shows never sent. Emailed screenshots including the tracking they provided, and no response. Considering the plethora of bad reviews on not receiving items, I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This is absolutely ridiculous, we have Covid going on and companies like this still exist!!!
