I'm only awarding one star as they dont do minus stars.
Click and collect ordered a TV on 25 Oct. Finally on the 11 Nov they email to say they cant find the product yet it's up on their website for $10 less than I payed. Thinking of having a word with Visa about refund and not processing payments.
The sheer incompetence amazes me
