I came in last week to purchase a Deluxe 3 in 1 Trike, couldn't find it in-store I asked one staff member by the name of Tamara M from St.lukes stopped what she was doing to assist me, she was very friendly and very helpful, she had a look in the system and found they didn't have stock, she checked other branches there were a few at the Albany store, she placed a click and collect and had it delivered to my address. This item will be gifted and it arrived to my address a week before the birthday, so I am very please that she suggested to have it delivered, saved me driving out to Albany store to pick up.
