I did a click and collect order, went into store and gave my order number, got box and I said oh that looks small but got told it gets packaged really well at central so everyone says that…. This was on Monday 23rd Dec. Then when wrapping presents realised half the order was missing on Xmas Eve. Went back on Boxing Day and waited for a while to receive another box, oh but there was still stuff missing… 3 more bags later and finally got full order. Customer service is appalling! Really disappointing!! No apology, no nothing!
