Absolutely hopeless.
The click and collect is a complete scam.
They take your money up front, with no mention of delays, and the items being in stock.
Then 4 days later you receive an email stating it could take 14 days to process.
They are simply padding out their company bank account with your money, and making you wait 2 weeks to get your items, while hiding behind coved-19 excuses.
How long does it really take to get 2 spray cans off a shelf and walk to the front of the store !!!
