purchased a childs toy as click and collect. There were 3 different varieties with the same bar code but nowhere for me to choose which one of the 3 my grandson wanted. I was told that i just had to accept whatever one I was given!! Pretty poor when I'm The customer paying upwards of $70 for an item I can't choose. Service is abysmal!!
