Claim limitations on EU Regulated right to return.
Have used a few times OK, but suddenly, are denying the EU ‘right to return within 14 days’ applies to drumsticks, which frankly have quite inadequate descriptions, and are most definitely not covered in the EU consumer regulation exception list. They claim, the big logo 2 year warranty and 30 day returns guarantee logos right next to the checkout button have exceptions and we the customer should know. Buyer beware.
