I have been a fan of Thomann for their excellent product selection, but my recent experience with their customer support left much to be desired. I paid extra for fast delivery (DHL), but my shipment has been delayed with no clear explanation or resolution offered.
Despite their estimated delivery times, my order is stuck in an inspection process since the 9th, and the customer service team provided canned responses without offering meaningful help. Worse yet, when I requested to speak to a manager, I was denied any direct contact, which feels like poor business practice and customer care.
While their products are top-notch, Thomann’s shipping estimates and customer service need serious improvement to ensure customers get the experience they pay for.
