Placed my first order for 2 Jetline lighters, order was delayed more than a week. I called, they said my new account was under review. What kind of review is needed to purchase lighters? Cancelled order! Placed order with Jetline directly, order had tracking info within 8 minutes. Expected arrival in 3 days.
Customer service at Thompson Cigar is very poor, staff needs training. I won't purchase there again, advise others not to as well.
