They are having false adds, promoting deals when the cigars are on back order. I placed 2 orders of Acid cigars for gifts and waited. After not receiving any I contacted support and the answer was oh they are back order still, even the new magazines and on line site states that they can be order.
TIME to Switch to a better distributor.
