On December 1st, I placed an order for a box of cigars with a gist set. I did receive confirmation for my order so I called a week later and was told that the item was on backorder, but would arrive before Christmas. On 12/14, I was unsure that the item would arrive in time so I called to cancel. Again, I did not receive confirmation. On 12/18, my card was charged for the purchase that I cancelled. I initiated an online chat and was told that the order was not cancelled, but I could send it back when I received it. The representative sent me a return label. On 12/24, the item showed as delivered on the tracking, however, I did not receive it. I called to report this and was told that I would have to wait until 12/31 to file a missing package report. On 12.31, I still had not received my package and called to request a refund. The representative specifically asked if I wanted a refund or a credit and I stated refund. She stated that the request was complete and I'd get a refund to the original form of payment in 3-7 days. On 1/8, I still had not received the refund, so I initiated a chat again and was told that the refund was processed as a credit and would have to be sent as a check, that I would get in 2-3 weeks! I don't know that I am ever going to get a refund, I don't believe the item was ever shipped and I think this is a scam website.
