Ordered cigars on April 03 with 4-5 day shipping... waited a few days and never received a confirmation email. Emailed them on April 13 asking about that status because the website still said "processing" and the tracking number from the post office said they hadn't received a package from the vendor. The first rep told me to wait until the 16th to see if they arrived. After the cigars didn't arrive on the 16th i asked again. Didn't hear anything back until the 18th and the Thompson Rep told me their was a problem with the shipper and that they would file a dispute. Then 1 minute later I received a confirmation from Thompson confirming my order from the 3rd. Then when I asked that it was an odd coincidence they confirmed the order while blaming the shipper they changed their story and said the cigars where on back order and that some of my stuff was on the way. The next day I got a email saying they had finally shipped from Thompson but of course no tracking email from the Shipper. Its the 20th and I still haven't received my order and of course when I've asked for a refund they didn't even acknowledge the question. Terrible company to do business with and the Reps are not genuine or honest.
