I changed the address that was online but they sent to the wrong address anyway. I called and got them to stop the shipment. I got an email from UPS that confirmed this. I also called Thompson when I did not get a credit. They also verbally confirmed that the cigars were returned. I have been fighting with my credit card company and it appears no one is even looking at my documentation.
